The director of republican ex-prisoners group Coiste na nlarchimi has left to his post after almost a decade.
Mike Ritchie has been director of the group for just over nine years but is now moving on to the position of Director of the Committee for the Administration of Justice.
Coiste acts as a representative body for former prisoners, acting in their interests, including helping them to reintegrate into society.
They also conduct political tours in west Belfast.
A spokesman for the group wished him well in his new role and said: "Mike has steered us through many difficult situations and at the same time has built up strong relationships for us in the statutory, voluntary and community sectors".

Un portavoce del gruppo, gli augura il meglio per il suo nuovo incarico ed ha detto: 'Mike ci ha guidato attraverso molte situazioni difficili ed allo stesso tempo ha costruito relazioni per noi nello statutario, nel volontariato e nelle comunità di settore'.
